Tesla Shareholders Claim Elon Musk Will Get Fair Trial in ‘Funding Secured’ Lawsuit in California

Elon Musk will get a fair trial over his “funding secured” claims for the electric vehicle manufacturing firm, shareholders told a federal court. In a court filing, the investors said what Musk referred to as ‘biased’ coverage was, in fact, factual reporting about his management of Twitter, and had no bearing on a jury’s ability to render a fair verdict.
