Coinbase Sues SEC for Response on Months-Old Petition Seeking Clarity on Regulation of Crypto Sector

Coinbase has sued the SEC for detailed information that would allow crypto companies to plan and develop their operations in the US. In July 2022, Coinbase had filed its first petition to the SEC asking if it would use its official rulemaking process to provide guidance to the crypto players.
