Here’s Where to Get the PS5 Console at a Discount

If you’re in the market for a PlayStation 5 console, you don’t have to wait until Black Friday to get a discount. There are a few vendors that have the console, or the bundle, available right now with included freebies. We don’t know what sales we’ll see during Black Friday, but the PS5 is still new enough and the demand is still high that we don’t expect any incrediblly generous price cut from Sony.

PS5 Disc Edition Console with $75 Dell eGift Card for $499.99

Dell is offering a $75 Dell promotion egift card when you purchase the PS5 disc edition console. You will receive the gift card via email within 20 days after the PS5 ships and it will expire 90 days thereafter. Use the gift card to buy almost anything at Dell including PS5 accessories like a DualSense controller or Pulse 3D gaming headset. There are a few games as well, but the selection is sparse.

PS5 Final Fantasy XVI Console Bundle for $509

The PS5 disc edition console costs $499.99, but for $10 more you can get the excellent Final Fantasy XVI game included. FFXVI normally retails for $69.99, although currently it’s on sale for $49.99. It’s one of the best games released for the PS5 in 2023, and it’s a timed exclusive, meaning it won’t come to other platforms until later. I’ve beaten this game and I will say the boss fights are probably the most epic I’ve ever encountered. The music from Soken (who also composed FFXIV music) is outstanding as well.

PS5 Disc Edition God of War Bundle for $509

If FFXVI doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can also pick up a PS5 console bundled with God of War: Ragnarok for the same price. Ragnarok is the latest God of War game and we gave it a 10/10 “Masterpiece” rating. Right now you can only play it on the PS5 console. If you liked the last God of War game, then you’ll enjoy Ragnarok. It continues the story of Kratos and Atreus as they take on the nine realms of Norse mythology.
