In terms of image quality, the two are largely identical with the new Evo C3 being a bit brighter. The new Evo C3, however, does have support for DTS audio, which is good for people who still watch Blu-ray discs. Like the C2, the LG Evo C3 uses a composite fiber for its rear cabinet housing that drops the weight to a mere 36 pounds without the stand. The LG C1 weighed 59 pounds!
