Nvidia RTX 5090 with missing ROPs selling at retailer for a surprisingly high price

Nvidia RTX 5090 graphics cards continue to sell at astronomical prices. One German seller is offering a Zotac RTX 5090 Solid OC with missing ROPs at full price. Nvidia claims to have corrected production flaws, but some defective GPUs are lingering on marketplaces.
