The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered Steam Deck Gameplay

Wonder whether or not the Steam Deck can handle Bethesda’s latest? We downloaded the Oblivion Remaster on to Valve’s handheld console to see how The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered runs on the Steam Deck. Unfortunately it recommends you set everything to low to maintain a decent performance. Inside caves you’ll see 40 – 60 frames per second, while open world gameplay can dip below 30 fps. Any settings above medium and the game crashes for us. Here’s ten minutes of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered running on Steam Deck.
