This is the laptop to get if (1) you want to be able to run any game at 1080p, (2) you want a larger sized display, and (3) you want to keep your budget under $1K.

48″ LG C2 4K OLED Gaming TV for $779
Walmart (via Beach Camera) is currently offering the 48″ LG Evo C2 4K OLED TV for only $779. That’s the lowest price we’ve seen for this TV by about $70. Beach Camera is an authorized LG reseller so you’d be getting the same 1 year manufacturer’s warranty as buying from LG direct. You might already be aware of the fact that the LG Evo C2 OLED makes for an excellent gaming TV, but the smaller 48″ size also happens to be one of the best PC gaming monitors available. To find another equivalent gaming monitor from another brand, you’d easily have the shell out more than $1K.
Refurb Xbox Series S for $199.99
The Xbox Series S is normally priced at $299.99, which is $200 less than the Xbox Series X. However, Dell is offering a refurbished unit with 3 month warranty for only $199.99. That’s $50 cheaper than buying a preowned or refurbished console at Gamestop. The Xbox Series S console can still play all of the same games as the Series X. It doesn’t have the power of the Series X, so games are displayed at 1440p resolution instead of 4K in order to maintain the consistent 60fps-120fps graphics you’ll find in most games. If you don’t have a 4K TV or feel like the $200 could be better spent elsewhere (or in this case, $300), then the Xbox Series S might be a smarter purchase.
Xbox Core Controllers for $44
Walmart is offering select Xbox Core wireless controllers for only $44. These include the Pulse Red, Carbon Black, and Robot White colors. These are identical to the controller that’s bundled with the current generation Xbox consoles. Unless you splurge on the Elite controller, I think these are the best controllers you can get for the Xbox.
