Nintendo Reveals Pastel Pink Switch Joy-Cons for Release of Princess Peach: Showtime

Nintendo has announced it will release a new pair of pastel pink-colored Joy-Cons to coincide with the March 22 release of Nintendo Switch exclusive Princess Peach: Showtime.

Nintendo showed off a pair of pastel pink rose-colored Joy-Cons and a caption revealing that the set will be sold at select retailers and the My Nintendo Store for a limited time. Nintendo did not reveal pricing but did confirm the Joy-Cons will drop on March 22, the same day Princess Peach: Showtime releases on its hybrid gaming system.

This is not the first time Nintendo has released some pastel-themed Joy-Con controllers. Last year, the company released four sets of summer-themed pastels that aligned perfectly with the season. One of the colors released was a hot pink pastel. But as you can see from the embedded post above, this new pair of Joy-Cons is a lighter shade and fits more of the spring seasonal theme, which makes sense given it is releasing during the springtime.

Princess Peach: Showtime, meanwhile, just released a new trailer showing off the Ninja and Cowgirl transformations.
